She remains dedicated outside the club as an advocate for public policy, specifically related to health and medicine. As a member of the Metropolitan Education Commission and Arizona Youth Climate Coalition, she’s lobbied for various legislative policies with Arizona’s top politicians. She is also a current member of various youth boards across southern Arizona, devoting time to encouraging youth engagement and advocacy, as well as cultural connection with her South Asian peers. With a passion for STEM education as well, Anvi consistently contributes alongside nonprofits such as the Southern Arizona Research, Science, and Engineering Foundation (SARSEF) and the Arizona Sleep Center to advocate for education equity and STEM education for elementary and middle school students.
